ZMNLoad is a modern freight forwarding and logistics SaaS platform built to streamline operations between shippers, truckers, and transport companies across the Middle East. Featuring native mobile apps for both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), the system enables real-time load booking, shipment tracking, document verification, and payment processing. With OTP-based onboarding, Firebase push notifications, Google Maps GPS integration, and full Arabic/Urdu language localization (including RTL), the platform is tailored for regional accessibility, regulatory compliance, and mobile-first user experiences. The backend is powered by PHP Laravel and structured with a MySQL relational database, allowing scalable, RESTful communication between all platform components. The system supports secure authentication via JWT/OAuth, KYC-compliant document uploads (including vehicle registration, ID, and licenses), and full integration with Saudi Arabia’s WASL system for government-compliant freight visibility. Admin users can manage pricing, approve new users, track loads, resolve disputes, and generate financial reports via a powerful dashboard likely built with Vue.js or React. Designed as a logistics SaaS ecosystem, ZMNLoad delivers full visibility across the shipment lifecycle — from shipper booking and driver assignment to proof-of-delivery uploads and payments. It supports multiple payment options like STC Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfers, while also integrating SMS gateways for real-time OTP verification and alerting.
