MyPark is a comprehensive IoT-powered smart parking platform that enables users to reserve, access, and pay for parking in real-time using mobile apps integrated with BTLE-enabled hardware. Designed for both public and private parking facilities, the system automates the complete parking lifecycle — from space discovery and reservation to payment and access. The mobile apps (iOS & Android) support features such as live availability, dynamic pricing, user wallet, and Google Maps-based navigation. Users can confirm reservations through QR/barcode scanning and even use voice commands for hands-free operation. The hardware side of the platform features BTLE-connected physical parking units that communicate with the cloud backend, enabling contactless access control. A .NET-based backend supports the entire ecosystem with modules for user management, pricing configuration, unit diagnostics, and performance monitoring. Different admin roles — including Partner Admin, Super Admin, and Installer — each have dedicated web-based dashboards to manage their respective responsibilities such as syncing units, managing lots, handling alerts, and configuring rates. MyPark also includes a promotion system for coupons and discounts, notification alerts for activity updates, and comprehensive reporting tools. The installer admin portal allows technicians to onboard and configure parking devices seamlessly. With voice support, secure payments, multi-role access, and real-time IoT communication, MyPark is a prime example of scalable, smart-city-ready transportation technology.
